- Feeling stuck in your career, relationships, or just... life
- Successful on paper but something feels off
- Dealing with pressure to perform and have it all together
- Tired of being told to "man up" or "just deal with it"
- Want practical tools, not endless analysis of your childhood
You don't need someone to just listen and nod. You need direct feedback, real strategies, and a clear path forward. That's what I do.

How Sessions Work
100% Virtual
From your home, office, or car. No waiting rooms, no awkward encounters. Just you and a secure video call.
60 Minutes, Focused
We get to work immediately. No rambling. You'll leave each session with something concrete to apply.
Goal-Oriented
We set clear objectives and track progress. You'll know therapy is working because you'll see results.
My Approach
I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Stoic philosophy—practical ancient wisdom that's surprisingly relevant for modern problems. We'll identify the thought patterns holding you back, challenge them, and build better mental habits.
I'm direct. I'll call out BS when I see it (including your own). But I'm also in your corner. Think of it as having a coach who's trained in psychology—someone who pushes you while having your back.

Questions People Actually Ask
I've never done therapy before. What should I expect?
No worries—a lot of my clients are first-timers. It's basically a conversation where I actually talk back. We'll figure out what's going on, spot patterns, and build practical skills. Think strategic problem-solving for your brain.
Will therapy make me soft or less driven?
Ha. No. Managing your mental health makes you sharper, more focused, and better under pressure. Top performers in every field work on their mental game. This is about optimizing, not softening.
Is this confidential? I'm worried about my employer finding out.
100% confidential. I literally cannot share anything without your written consent. Your employer, insurance company, nobody knows unless you tell them. A lot of clients skip insurance entirely for this reason.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes — in Massachusetts I accept Blue Cross, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Tufts, Point 32, Cigna Optum, and United Health. Self-pay is also available in all states. Check the pricing page for full details.
How do I fit therapy into my schedule?
All virtual—no commute. People do sessions during lunch, before work, evenings. I've got flexible availability. We'll find something that works.
How long does therapy take?
Most people see real progress in 8-12 sessions. Some stuff resolves faster, some takes longer. We'll set clear goals and track progress so you know it's actually working.
Ready to Level Up?
You've handled everything else on your own. This is the one area where getting help actually makes you stronger.
