We accept a wide range of insurance plans for Massachusetts clients. If your plan is listed below, your sessions may be fully or partially covered.

Self-pay is also available at $165/session if you prefer to keep insurance out of it.

Do I need to use insurance?
Nope. A lot of clients choose self-pay for privacy or simplicity. Either way, the session is the same — $165 for 60 minutes.
How do I know if my insurance covers therapy?
If you're in Massachusetts and your plan is listed above, you're probably covered. For Pennsylvania, insurance is handled through SonderMind — they'll verify your coverage during scheduling. If you're not sure, just reach out and we'll help you verify before your first session. No surprises.
What's the cancellation policy?
24-hour notice required. No-shows are charged the full session fee. Life happens — if you need to reschedule, just give us a heads up.
Do you offer sliding scale or reduced rates?
On a case-by-case basis. If cost is a barrier, let's talk about it. We'd rather work something out than have you not get help.
Who handles the insurance paperwork?
We do. Well, our billing company does. Either way, you don't have to deal with it. You show up, we work, they handle the rest.
